What I Have Been Eating

Food, y’all know I love food. So today I want to share some of my go-to foods that I have been eating!

Rice is one of my absolute favorite foods. I could eat it every day. I have been mixing it with cottage cheese, which is one of my favorite ways to eat it. It is almost like a healthy version of mac n cheese. I also love making sushi bowls. Its a good way to get in some healthy fats, carbs, and veggies.


I eat eggs all the time. I don’t think there is something eggs can’t cure. Anyway, scrambled eggs with rice and avocado, or just on some toast are my favorite ways to have them.


Toast is literally my go-to breakfast and sometimes dinner. I eat it with avocado, salt, and pepper, or with eggs. I have rediscovered my childhood favorite, peanut butter toast, but also like to put burrata cheese on it.


Edamame and asparagus are my favorite way to have veggies. Edamame is so delicious and pretty much acts as an entire meal for me sometimes. Asparagus makes a great side dish either in the morning with breakfast or with my dinner.


Finally, I have been drinking so much kombucha. I absolutely love kombucha. I like to have it every morning to get my day started. It gives me energy and just tastes good to me.


As for eating out, I always get grilled cheese, sushi, or late night pizza. I try not to get this too often, but sometimes you really need sushi or Steak ‘n Shake.
