I used to have this protein shake all the time before college! It is so refreshing, packs in some protein, potassium, and healthy fats.
It is really easy and tastes so good. My roommate who hates bananas didn’t have anything bad to say about it, so I saw that as a positive reaction!
1 frozen banana
1 handful of ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of choice)
2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter (you can use regular too, I just decided to use Mighty Nut vanilla by Peanut Butter & Co)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Blend all of this together for a minute or two and you have a refreshing post workout snack or breakfast! You can always add things like chocolate chips, granola, etc. to spice it up a bit.
